Shipping & Payment
With the exception of Canada, international shipping is no longer available.
PRIORITY SHIPPING IS THE DEFAULT & PREFERRED SHIPPING METHOD.
US Shipping: Flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping is $8.25 per order.
Canadian Shipping: Flat rate USPS Priority Mail for $27.10 per order. This is the actual price I pay, there are no additional charges added. Canadian orders are traceable and insured. Shipping charges are for shipping only, other duties/fees/taxes are not included and up to the recipient to pay.
FIRST CLASS SHIPPING OPTION:
First Class is an option for both US and Canadian customers. However, if you opt for First Class, I am not responsible for the package once USPS has it. This means if it is lost or arrives damaged, it will not be replaced, nor will I be able to track it or offer help in any way. USPS has made it clear how useless tracking on First Class is.
US customers wanting First Class shipping should use discount code USFIRSTCLASS in the space provided during the checkout process. Canadian customers should ask for it in the note section during checkout and pay for the default Priority rate. When I fill your order, I will refund the difference to your original payment method. The refund will be $6 - $13, depending on weight of order.
Requests for First Class must be made in the correct area (discount code for US; note section for Canada), when the order is placed. Requests sent via e-mail/message will not be honored. At this time, this is the only way I can offer First Class shipping.
Tracking numbers will be provided once order ships. If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder.
It may take up to 10 days for an order to ship, occasionally longer if placed during a sale. The average turn around time is approximately 5 days, however. If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us and let us know prior to placing the order and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additions/subtractions/changes are not possible once an order has been placed.
While I do not offer combined shipping, If more than one order is placed within 24 hours, they will likely ship together and excess shipping charges will be refunded via original payment method.
PayPal and credit card payments only. For credit card orders, billing info on order must match billing info on credit card, or the order will be rejected by the credit card processor.
Orders not received:
Orders lost in transit are handled on a case by case basis. Packages shown as DELIVERED will not be replaced, unless an error was made on our part. Orders shipped First Class cannot be traced, nor will they be replaced under any circumstance.
