Policies
When placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
Change/Cancel Order:
You cannot change* or cancel an order once it is placed; there are no exceptions. Please make sure you know what you want and are ready to place an order before doing so.
*Forgetting to specify a scent choice on certain listings is not considered a change. If you forget to o so please contact us immediately.
Substitutions:
Substitutions are not allowed. Please do not select one item and then specify you would like another in the note section. If you do this, your order will not be filled, it will be refunded.
Discounts:
Regardless of order size, discounts are not given.
Coupon Codes:
Only coupon codes currently mentioned in the Facebook Group or on the website are valid. If an invalid coupon code is used, items will be left off your order to make up for the price difference.
Samples:
Orders of $49 or less get 1 sample, up to $99 get 2, up to $149 get 3 and so on with each additional $50 purchase. Sample amount is based on order total PRIOR to shipping charges being added. Sample choices are limited to scents listed on the Currently Available list. If sample choices are not specified, only one random sample will be sent, regardless of order total. If requested sample is not available, a replacement will be sent.
Combined Shipping:
US Orders placed within 48 hours of each other may be combined if the current TAT is not the date the first order was placed. To combine shipping, place your order as normal and then notify me via the contact link to let me know. You have the option of store credit, a 1.5 dram bottle of the scent of your choice, or two additional samples to make up for the additional charge.
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an error was made on our part, we will replace the incorrect item. Any damages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Orders Not Received:
Orders lost or damaged in transit are handled on a case by case basis and may not be replaced if they are not shipped via Priority Mail. Packages shown as Delivered will not be replaced, unless an error is made on our part.
Incorrect/Missing Items:
If you receive an incorrect order or items are missing from your order, you have 10 days from the date the order is delivered to let us know. Claims made after 10 days will not be honored.
Allergies:
We are not liable for any reaction (allergic or otherwise) you may have. As with all products used on the skin, a small patch test is recommended prior to use. To do a patch test, apply a small amount of perfume oil to the inside of your forearm. If itching, redness, rash, burning, swelling, or discomfort of any kind occurs, discontinue use.
